If a person decides to get a tattoo, it is pure insanity not to see and be satisfied with a copy of exactly how the image will look when complete – before impregnating the skin with something nearly impossible to remove – ever.
Leaving aside 'to tat or not to tat' the obvious mistake this girl made was to allow this guy to come to her house to do it, putting her in a position where she was feeling vulnerable and therefore with much less chance to reject it at any stage.
I despair! I won't say any more in case I sound like a complete fascist.
