It would be better to have Abdul and Mustafa picking out wedding outfits and colour-coordinating the bridal bouquet with the serviettes than to have them fighting each other.
I'm sure Gaddafi agrees, Nurse.I think that would be really lovely, Gadjo. On a related subject, I was impressed by Elton John's response to a question about the most important things he was going to teach his new son: 'Discipline and good manners'.
Elton John's got a son?? I really am behind with the news!
It is a really peculiar, very modern story - Nicole Kidman has had a second child using the same sort of approach.
Ah, OK, I'm up to speed now. Well, it could be worse: by all accounts Elton is a thoroughly decent chap, and his relationship with his partner seems to have lasted longer than many straight marriages.
It's something I find rather touching about the gay marriage push - the optimism about the institution, (which doesn't seem to be shared by a lot of the people who already have the right to marry).
