A Jelly Snake for Breakfast

That's what I thought, when I went onto the verandah this morning and saw this on the table:
 And then it moved.

    Yikes! But that's too perfectly horrible to not have been something thought up by a novelty designer in a Chinese plastics factory.

    That's what I thought, Gadjo, but I can assure you it didn't taste of plastic at all (no, I can't really)
